A Flying Start

Many of you will be familiar with Brian Grimwood's work, a true heavyweight of illustration with an enviable artistic career. We've been enjoying his recent process exploring the possibilities that his pen flourishes can portray on an ipad. His latest portfolio  update has been a true delight to consider, with Brian's classic inky style paired alongside his progressive, more abstract digital work that find it's home in packaging and poster art.

Take a look  and enjoy!

“Just be yourself”, the number one tip often suggest by your beloved mum or the classic “Just wing it” from one of your lax sibling. But what if it was a real way to nail it ? The amazing Jonny Wan got commissioned by TED - his Art Deco inspired style was featured in an interview with Anthony Tjan explaining that “It’s not about whether or not you get the right answer, It’s about whether you can roll with the discomfort and work with me to solve a problem”

Life in Plastic, It’s Not Fantastic?

Commissioned for an article in The Washington Post “There are dolls for all Barbie’s weddings. Here are the ones for her divorces”, Susan Burghart broke old social rules and finally brought Barbie in the 21st century. “For every Dream Fantasy Wedding™, there must have followed a Dream Fantasy Divorce™” Perhaps this woman just don’t need no man! Very progressive, we like her style.
