A Flying Start

Many of you will be familiar with Brian Grimwood's work, a true heavyweight of illustration with an enviable artistic career. We've been enjoying his recent process exploring the possibilities that his pen flourishes can portray on an ipad. His latest portfolio  update has been a true delight to consider, with Brian's classic inky style paired alongside his progressive, more abstract digital work that find it's home in packaging and poster art.

Take a look  and enjoy!

Into Action

It’s not the first time that Good Wives & Warriors have been commissioned for live art painting. Samsung employed the duo's expertise for the promotion of their latest model, Galaxy Note. The process involved an entire day filming whilst the duo created the wall painting they had designed and live drawn directly onto the phone. Impressive stuff!

Bridges Through Time

It's great to see Jeremy Sancha working in strong structures and utilising the power of monochrome in his woodcuts. Illustrating one bridge that crosses over the canal a little way up the railway line that is next to CIA offices. The time difference in structure spans 35 years, the old bridge depicts classical pillars which has now been replaced by a modern design. A beautiful bit of local history there, thank you Jeremy.
